The driver who slammed his car into a Presidential motorcade vehicle near President Biden's campaign office in Wilmington, Delaware, on Sunday night is facing charges of driving under the influence (DUI) and inattentive driving. Police announced the charges Monday morning after determining the crash was an accidental collision.

President Biden was unharmed in the incident, which occurred while he was walking to a waiting SUV from his campaign office. The suspect's car collided with a Secret Service vehicle used to block intersections for the motorcade. Following the crash, law enforcement surrounded the suspect's car, ensuring the safety. . .
