A sailor stationed at Naval Weapons Station Yorktown in Virginia faces charges in connection with the death of 22-year-old Master-at-Arms Petty Officer Third Class Lyndon Joel Cosgriff-Flax. The Navy confirms that charges have been brought against the sailor but has withheld their identity pending the official referral of charges.
