A second suspect in a shocking cryptocurrency-related kidnapping case has surrendered to New York authorities. William Duplessie turns himself in to the NYPD’s Major Case Squad Detectives unit in Manhattan, accompanied by his legal counsel. Duplessie is allegedly a business partner of John Woeltz, the self-proclaimed “crypto king of Kentucky,” who is accused of kidnapping and torturing an Italian man in an Upper East Side townhouse.
