Cuba Willing to Talk to US, But Not Under Pressure

Cuban President Miguel Díaz-Canel said that he would be willing to negotiate with the US “without pressure.” President Donald Trump is attempting to economically strangle Cuba, and replace the government in Havana. 

“Cuba is willing to engage in dialogue with the United States,” The Cuban leader said Thursday. He said those talks must occur “without” American pressure. Díaz-Canel added that Cuba was subjected to “intense media campaigns of slander, hatred, and psychological warfare.”

On Saturday, Trump claimed negotiations with Cuba were starting. . .
