One of President Donald Trump’s major issues for ending the war against Iran is his demand that Tehran eliminate its nuclear enrichment program. 

Under Trump, Washington has defined an enrichment program as a weapons program. While an enrichment program would be a necessary part of one of the paths to nuclear weapons, it is also an essential part of Tehran’s nuclear energy and medical program. 

Iran has always limited its nuclear usage to civilian peaceful purposes, and several other countries have enrichment without nuclear weapons.
