Atomic Watchdog Chief Says Iran Had No Nuclear Weapons Program

The head of the International Atomic Energy Agency restated that Iran did not have a nuclear weapons program. President Donald Trump and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu have used the claim that Iran was nearing the development of a nuclear weapon as a pretext to start an aggressive war. 

IAEA Director General Rafael Grossi said on Tuesday, “We don’t see a structured program to manufacture nuclear weapons [in Iran]. So that is the assessment.”
