Prominent Hollywood actors Sylvester Stallone and Jon Voight are leading a growing coalition of entertainment industry veterans calling on President Donald Trump to boost American film and television production through a sweeping federal tax incentive plan. In a letter delivered to the White House this week, the group urges the administration to adopt a national strategy to reverse the outsourcing of production to foreign countries and bring jobs back to the U.S.
