President Donald Trump said the implementation of a pact between the US, UK, and Australia was moving too slowly, and he was prepared to “rapidly” advance the agreement. The remarks following China hawks expressing concern after the Trump administration announced it was reviewing the Biden-era AUKUS agreement. 

During a meeting with Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese on Monday, Trump told reporters that AUKUS was moving "full steam ahead" and there were just a few remaining details to be worked out.
