In a violent incident that has shocked the local community, a Chicago man has been charged with attacking three employees with a hatchet at a McDonald's on the South Side. The accused, Jermaine Allen, faces three felony counts of attempted murder, aggravated battery with the use of a deadly weapon, and aggravated battery causing great bodily harm.
