A Chicago man is facing four counts of first-degree murder after a deadly shooting on a Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) Blue Line train early Monday morning. Authorities have identified the suspect as 30-year-old Rhanni Davis, who was wearing a mask when he opened fire on the train, killing four passengers.
