Cuyahoga County Prosecutor Michael O'Malley is calling on Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost to dismiss an indictment against a man who passed away nearly a year ago. Ramesh Patel, a resident of North Royalton, was one of six individuals across Ohio recently indicted for alleged illegal voting practices. However, it has now come to light that Patel died in December 2022, sparking outrage over what O'Malley describes as a serious case of prosecutorial overreach.
