A federal judge in Boston rules that the Trump administration has violated a standing court order by deporting a group of migrants to South Sudan earlier this week. U.S. District Judge Brian E. Murphy issues the finding after attorneys for the deported individuals argued that their clients were removed from the country in violation of due process protections outlined in a prior judicial ruling.
