Federal prosecutors in San Diego are presenting a case to involuntarily medicate Matthew Taylor Coleman, an accused murderer, in an effort to restore his mental competency so he can stand trial. Coleman is charged with the gruesome murders of his two children, whom he allegedly killed with a speargun in Mexico.
