Feds Foil Plot to Blow Up PSE&G Substations in New Jersey

Federal authorities have thwarted a plot to blow up multiple PSE&G substations across New Jersey, arresting 18-year-old Andrew Takhistov at Newark Liberty Airport. Takhistov was reportedly planning to travel to Ukraine when he was taken into custody. The arrest comes after months of surveillance by federal agents who had been closely monitoring his online activities.
