Hearing Held for Kentucky Sheriff Accused of Murdering Judge in Courtroom, Sheriff Resigns

A preliminary hearing was held Tuesday for former Letcher County Sheriff Shawn "Mickey" Stines, who is accused of murdering District Judge Kevin Mullins inside the judge’s chambers last month.
