House Passes Pentagon Funding Bill that Includes Military Integration with Israel

The House narrowly passed the National Defense Authorization Act for 2027. This year’s edition of the Pentagon funding bill includes a section that calls for the US and Israel to integrate their arms production industry. 

The NDAA passed the House on Wednesday, 216-212. The legislation includes Section 219 that establishes an office for integrating the US and Israeli arms industries. Representatives largely voted along Party lines, with just seven Republicans voting against the bill and six Democrats supporting the legislation.
