IDF Links Increase in Soldier Suicides to Ongoing Wars

The pace of Israeli soldiers killing themselves has nearly doubled this year, with the IDF attributing the growing number of suicides to the wars Israel is fighting. 

“Most of the suicides resulted from the complex reality created by the war. War has consequences,” a senior Israel Defense Forces official told the Kan public broadcaster.
