Iranian President Speaks With French Leader Macron

Iranian state media reported that Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian held a call with French President Emmanuel Macron. 

IRNA reported that Pezeshkian told Macron, “US actions have diverted the path of diplomacy toward threats, pressure, and sanctions, stressing that meaningful negotiations require an end to war and guarantees that hostile actions will not be repeated.” He pointed out that the US and Israel attacked Iran during negotiations twice in the past year.
