Israel Begins Arresting Activists Attempting to Bring Food Into Gaza

Israeli forces have intercepted nine ships attempting to break the blockade of Gaza and bring food to the starving Palestinians. The activists on the vessels were arrested, including journalists and lawmakers. 

About 50 ships making up the Global Sumud Flotilla are attempting to reach Gaza. Tel Aviv has claimed the activists on the boats are Hamas, and has vowed to prevent the food on the vessels from reaching Gaza.
