Judge Issues Protective Order in Trump's Georgia Election Interference Case

In the ongoing legal proceedings surrounding former President Donald Trump's alleged interference in the 2020 Georgia election, Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee has issued a protective order to safeguard sensitive evidence following a media leak.

The order comes in response to interviews with co-defendants Jenna Ellis and Sidney Powell being leaked to the media. The Fulton County District Attorney's Office, leading the case, sought the protective order to prevent the release of sensitive information exchanged between lawyers ahead of the trial.
