New York City Mayor Eric Adams has commended the New York Police Department (NYPD) for replacing the Palestinian flag with the American flag during recent arrests on college campuses in the city. The action came as nearly 300 individuals, including pro-Palestinian protesters and what the mayor termed as "outside agitators," were arrested at City College and Columbia University.
