Mexico Strongly Condemns Florida’s Immigration Law

(Mexico City) - Mexico has taken a stance on Florida's recently implemented immigration law, which has received backing from Governor Ron DeSantis, a Republican presidential nomination hopeful. The law, as stated on DeSantis's website, went into effect last Saturday and includes provisions such as funds for relocating migrants out of Florida, restrictions on access to ID cards, and an increased requirement for companies to utilize an electronic system to verify an individual's eligibility to work in the United States.
