In Seattle, Washington, Microsoft has released a new report shedding light on a concerning trend: the Chinese government's use of fake social media accounts to impersonate American citizens.

According to the report from Microsoft's Threat Analysis Center, there has been a noticeable increase in the number of fake accounts that pose as U.S. voters. These accounts engage in discussions about American political issues, seeking opinions and insights from their followers.
