Opening statements began today in the assault trial of actor Jonathan Majors in Manhattan. Majors, known for his roles in films like "Creed III" and "Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania," is accused of harassing and assaulting his ex-girlfriend, Grace Jabbari, in March.
Jabbari alleges that Majors grabbed her hand so hard he fractured her middle finger, twisted her arm behind her back, and struck her on the side of the head. She further claims that this incident was part of a pattern of physical and emotional abuse she endured throughout their relationship.
