The University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee (UWM) is grappling with a recent act of vandalism at the Golda Meir Library, sparking concerns and investigations into the incident.

The vandalism, which occurred late Saturday night, involved two individuals allegedly throwing an object through a window on the library's first floor and spray-painting graffiti on the building's exterior with the phrase "Free Palestine." The library is named after former Israeli Prime Minister Golda Meir, adding a political dimension to the incident.
