A familiar name in the gifting world, InComm Financial Services, is facing legal heat over allegations that its "Vanilla Gift" and "One Vanilla" gift cards are vulnerable to a widespread "card-draining" scam. This lawsuit, filed in California, charges InComm with ignoring the security risks associated with its cards for years, despite numerous reported incidents of unauthorized fund depletion.
