Former New York Mayor and Trump attorney Rudy Giuliani has been ordered by a federal judge to turn over his assets to two Georgia election workers, Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss, whom he defamed with false claims of election fraud during the 2020 presidential election. The court order, issued Tuesday, requires Giuliani to relinquish control of his New York penthouse, luxury watches, a Mercedes-Benz, and cash as part of a settlement related to the defamation case.

The ruling comes after a jury found Giuliani guilty of defaming Freeman and Moss, a mother-daughter duo who worked as election officials. . .
