Supreme Court Refuses to Hear Appeal of Texas Death Row Inmate Gabriel Hall

The U.S. Supreme Court has declined to hear the appeal of Texas death row inmate Gabriel Hall, who was convicted of a brutal murder in College Station 13 years ago. Hall’s legal team had been seeking a new trial, citing concerns over a jailhouse interview conducted by comedian Jeff Ross, which was used against Hall during his sentencing. However, the high court's refusal to hear the case effectively upholds Hall’s conviction and death sentence.
