Its not just CONgress or the president that does not take the Constitution seriously.
Neither does We the Sheeple since they hold the federal govt accountable to it nor
enforce it. Jefferson stated the people are to bind govt with the chains of the
Constitution which has not happened so the blame/fault is ultimately upon US all
If it was taken seriously we would secede from DC & throw all the bums out now
