Tiny‑Home CEO Facing Fraud Lawsuit Files for Personal Bankruptcy

The CEO of Multitaskr, Jose “Joe” Frausto, has filed for personal bankruptcy after being sued by over 100 customers who allege they were defrauded out of millions for accessory dwelling units (ADUs) that were never built. In his Chapter 7 bankruptcy filing from March, Frausto discloses liabilities of nearly $3.9 million with assets valued between only $50,000 and $100,000.
