A somber cloud hangs over the city as a young boy, residing at the Stratford Arms Hotel, a migrant shelter in Manhattan, was found dead on Monday evening. The 11-year-old, whose name has not been released, was discovered unresponsive in the lobby around 5 p.m. local time.
