President Donald Trump gave forceful support for Benjamin Netanyahu’s plan to escalate military operations in Gaza and occupy the entire Strip.
“We will only see the return of the remaining hostages when Hamas is confronted and destroyed!!! The sooner this takes place, the better the chances of success will be,” he wrote on Truth Social.
Earlier this month, Prime Minister Netanyahu ordered the IDF to ramp up military operations in Gaza. The IDF, freed hostages, and the family members of Israeli captives all opposed the order, arguing it would endanger the remaining living hostages.
