An ultra-Orthodox party with seven members withdrew its support for Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s coalition. The defection leaves Netanyahu with a questionable majority in the Knesset. 

The United Torah Judaism (UTJ) announced on Monday that it was splitting from the majority coalition over a conscription bill that will expand mandatory military service to the ultra-Orthodox community. 

UTJ withdrawing support from Netanyahu’s coalition dropped his Knesset majority to a single vote. However. . .
