Washington is touting the success of its blockade of Iranian ports. Three vessels attempting to reach Iranian ports were hit by the US military, and nearly 100 ships have been turned back since the blockade was reimposed last month.
However, the White House’s strategy is not working. Gas prices in the US are hitting records. Diesel is near $6 per gallon and is already at an all-time high. Regular gas is back over $4 per gallon.
