A former pastor and convicted sex offender is now charged with the brutal torture and murder of an 82-year-old woman whose body was discovered buried in concrete beneath a backyard shed. Authorities say Jeffrey Zizz, 61, abducted and tortured Marcia Norman with a nail gun before killing her and attempting to hide the evidence by entombing her body in cement.
