Boeing Reaches Confidential Settlement With Family of Whistleblower John Barnett

The family of John Barnett, a former Boeing quality manager turned whistleblower who died under suspicious circumstances last year, has reached a confidential settlement with the aerospace giant in a wrongful death lawsuit. A Washington state judge formally dismissed the case this week after court documents confirmed that both parties had agreed to a resolution outside of court. The terms of the settlement remain sealed and are not being disclosed to the public.
