A new nationwide survey conducted by AI voice platform Podcastle reveals that the iconic New York accent is falling out of favor with Americans. According to the study, 60% of respondents across the U.S. say they find the New York accent annoying. Surprisingly, 45% of New Yorkers themselves also admit they find the accent irritating.
