Senate Passes War Powers Resolution on Iran

The Senate advanced a War Powers Act Resolution that will require President Donald Trump to end the war against Iran. 

The discharge motion for the bill passed 50-47 on Tuesday. Four Republicans, Senators Rand Paul, Lisa Murkowski, Susan Collins, and Bill Cassidy, voted in favor. Three Republicans, Senators John Cornyn, Tommy Tuberville, and Thom Tillis,  did not vote. John  Fetterman was the only Democrat to vote against the resolution.
