Iran has done substantial damage to the US fleet of Reaper drones.

According to three officials speaking with The Washington Post, 45 MQ-9 Reaper drones have been downed since the start of the war against Iran. The Reapers cost between $30 and $50 million each, with the total loss at over $1.3 billion. The 45 Reaper drones made up about a quarter of the fleet.

A fourth official told the outlet that some of the drones crashed while others were shot down by Iran.
