Congressman Henry Cuellar, a long-serving Democrat from Texas, is currently facing serious legal challenges. Recently, Cuellar and his wife were indicted, accused of accepting nearly $600,000 in bribes from entities including an oil company operated by Azerbaijan and a Mexican bank. Despite the grave nature of these allegations, Cuellar has vehemently denied any wrongdoing.
