Johnsonville Recalls Over 35 Thousand Pounds of Turkey Sausage Due to Rubber Contamination

Johnsonville, a prominent meat manufacturer based in Wisconsin, has issued a recall for more than 35 thousand pounds of turkey sausage due to concerns over possible rubber contamination. The recall comes after several reports of black rubber found in the product, prompting action from the company and the US Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS).

The affected product, Johnsonville's ready-to-eat Polish kielbasa turkey sausage, was produced on October 30th and 31st. It has been distributed to retail distribution centers across multiple states throughout the country. The recall was initiated following at least two. . .
