Netflix officially begins construction on its long-anticipated East Coast production hub at Fort Monmouth, New Jersey, transforming the former U.S. Army base into a sprawling entertainment campus. The groundbreaking ceremony marks a major milestone for the region, more than a decade after the base was shuttered, and is expected to bring in over $4.6 billion in economic impact to the state over the next two decades.
